Using high voltage electrostatic field,the negatively charged coatings particles move in the opposite direction of the electric field.A Spraying Method for Adsorbing Coating Particles on Workpiece Surface.Electrostatic spraying equipment consists of spraying gun,spraying cup and high voltage power supply for electrostatic spraying.

Advantage:

1.Thicker coatings can be obtained by one coating.For example,coatings of 100-300 um are applied,It takes about 4 to 6 times to coat with ordinary solvent coatings,The thickness can be reached by powder coating at one time.The corrosion resistance of the coating is very good.

2.Powder coatings do not contain solvents,and do not cause pollution of three wastes,which improves the labor hygiene conditions.

3.The new technology,such as powder electrostatic spraying,has high efficiency and is suitable for automatic pipeline coating.The powder utilization rate is high and can be recycled.

4.Except thermosetting epoxy,polyester and acrylic acid,There are still a large number of thermoplastic grease-resistant coatings which can be used as powder coatings.Such as polyethylene,polypropylene,polystyrene,fluorinated polyether,nylon,polycarbonate and various fluorinated resins.

Powder coatings are beginning to be used for protection and electrical flanges,With the development of science and technology,it has been widely used in automobile industry,electrical insulation,corrosion-resistant chemical pumps,valves,cylinders,pipes,outdoor steel components,steel furniture,castings and other surface coating.
